What happens if I cancel my event?

If you cancel within the first 15 min of an event and you have not used any of the services, then you will receive a credit towards the next event.

Do event participants need a special app?

Not usually, we use the browser and sometimes other pre-installed software on the phone. Therefore, most participants can just use MobiMic.

Can I get more support?
